 PREP ADMISSION SCHEDULE : 2024-25 :

Important Dates :

1.Issue of Application Forms through School’s website and at the school entrance gate. Thursday, 23 rd November, 2023 to Friday, 15 th December, 2023.

2.Submission of Online Application Form through school website. Hard copy of the same along with the required documents and Registration Fee of Rs. 25.00 to be submitted at the reception.

Thursday, 23 rd November, 2023 to Friday, 15 th December, 2023 between 8.30 am to 12.00 pm on all school working days only.

3.Display of the list of all registered candidates on our website.Friday, 29 th December, 2023 by 12 pm.

4.Display of the list of all registered candidates along with points allotted under point system on our website and at entrance gate.Friday, 05 th January, 2024 by 10.00 am.

5.*Grievances will be addressed at the Senior School Reception.Saturday, 06thJanuary, 2024 and Monday, 08 th January, 2024 between 9.00 am to 11.00 am.

6.*Display of list after addressing grievances, if any, on our website.Monday, 08 th January, 2024 at 2.00 pm.

7.*Display of the list of candidates for draw of lots,if any, on our website and school entrance gate.Tuesday, 09 th January, 2024 at 10.00 am.

8.*Draw of lots, if required . Either of the parents should be present for the draw along with the Registration Slip.Only those present for the draw will be considered for the draw of lots.Thursday, 11 th January, 2024 at 9.00 am.

9.Display of the list of selected candidates for admission.Friday, 12 th January, 2024 at 10.00 am.

10.*Verification of documents and admission. Both the parents and the candidate are required to be present for this process.

Monday, 15 th January, 2024 to Thursday, 18 th January, 2024 between 9.00 am and 12 noon.

11.Closure of admission process Friday, 08 th March 2024

General Instructions:

Please read all the instructions carefully before filling the Online Application Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on POINT SYSTEM and NO DONATIONS are ACCEPTED.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / Telephonic Call.

Documents Required During Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are MCD Birth certificate, Aadhar Card and Candidate Passport size Photograph.

Documents required for Parents are their Passport size Photograph, Aadhaar Card and a supporting government Photo ID Proof.

Birth Certificate issued only by The Municipal Corporation shall be accepted.

 Make sure to submit the hard copy of the following documents along with the application form:

Self attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate(with name of the child mentioned on it) issued from Municipal Corporation and Aadhar Card of the child. Affidavits or any other documents in place of Birth certificates will not be accepted. If a child is admitted, the date of birth once entered will never be changed in school records later.

Two Photo ID Proof of residence(of same address in Delhi) of both the parents: A photocopy of Aadhar Card(mandatory)/Ration Card/Voter I - Card /Driving License / Passport / Electricity/MTNL Telephone/Water Bill in the name of any of the parents of the child.

Alumni/sibling must produce documentary evidence.

Photocopy of Class X Passing certificates for both the parents.

If belongs to SC/ST/OBC category attach photocopy for the same (for school record purpose only).

All eligible Christian candidates must bring an attested photocopy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from their respective Parish Priests/Pastors testifying to the membership of their Parish.

-2020 ONLY are eligible for admission to PREP.

Both boys and girls are eligible for admission to PREP.

There is no Admission under EWS quota in this school, since ours is a Christian Minority School.

There will be no test or interview of the applicants or their parents.

The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false information.

Filled in Application Form along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted for registration at the Senior School office between 8.30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. from Thursday, 23rd November, 2023 to Friday 15th December, 2023 on all school working days No form will be accepted for registration after Friday, 15th December, 2023.
