**PRE SCHOOL 1 (NURSERY) ADMISSION NOTICE (2024-25)**

We are pleased to announce the admission schedule for Pre School (Nursery) for the academic year 2024-25 at Bal Bharati Public School, Sector 21, Noida. Kindly take note of the following important information:

A. Eligibility Criteria:

- Age between 03 and 04 years as on 31st March, 2024.

B. Admission Schedule:

1. Advertisement: 15th and 16th July, 2023 - School Website & Social Media Platforms.

2. Availability of Online Application Form: 17th July, 2023 (Monday) onwards.

   Parents can apply online by filling the 'Online Application Form' available on the school website, [http://bbpsnoida.balbharati.org/Admission](http://bbpsnoida.balbharati.org/Admission) as per the above-mentioned dates.

3. Date of Release of the 'List of Shortlisted Candidates for Interaction': 27th July, 2023 (Thursday) onwards.

4. Interaction with the Parents and Child: 31st July, 2023 (Monday) onwards.

5. Display of 'List of Selected Candidates': 02nd August, 2023 onwards.

   The admission lists will be displayed on the School Website as well as on the School Notice Board. Parents are advised to regularly check the website for important updates regarding the admission process.

6. Admission Formalities: The admission formalities must be completed within the stipulated time given by the school, as mentioned in the 'List of Selected Candidates' released on a regular basis, starting from 02nd August, 2023 onwards.

7. Closure of Admission (Session 2024-25): 02nd September, 2023 (Saturday).

C. Online Admission Form Guidelines:

- Kindly note down the Application Number as mentioned on the 'Receipt' (generated after the due completion and online submission of the Application Form) for future correspondence.

- Please take a printout of the form as soon as you have completed the registration process (Click on 'SAVE AS PDF' to print).

- The application form is to be retained by you for submission at the time of admission if granted.

- Please show the 'Receipt' at the time of interaction (in case the child's name appears in the list of shortlisted candidates).

- List of Finally Selected Candidates will be put up on the school's website as well as the School Notice Board. Parents of selected candidates must carry the printout of the duly filled Application Form along with the necessary documents, duly signed and attested, at the time of admission of their ward.

E. Essential Documents:

The following supporting documents, duly self-attested, are to be submitted at the time of form submission:

1. Birth Certificate of the child.

2. Aadhar Card.

3. Proof of Residence (Ration Card/Voter ID/Aadhar Card/Electricity/Telephone Bill/Passport) - The above documents should be in the name of parents.

4. Relevant authentic Certificate in respect of SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates (The certificate must be issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar).

5. Medical Certificate of the child (only for children with special needs).

6. Passing out certificate of Father & Mother (At School level, Graduation & Post Graduation level).

7. Proof of Sibling (Wherever applicable).

8. Proof of School Alumni (Wherever applicable).

9. Vaccination Card (to be duly stamped by a qualified Pediatrician).

F. Withdrawals after Admission:

- If any parent or guardian, after depositing the full fee for admission of a child, chooses to withdraw the child from the school within one month from the date of admission, then the school shall retain the Registration Charges and Admission Fee (Non-Refundable) and shall refund the rest.

- In case any information or document, upon checking, proves to be false or wrong, the admission of the child will stand canceled immediately.

G. Admission Methodology (Pre School):

- Dates of Interactive Session/Admission Notice will be provided only on the School's Website and the School Notice Board. Please note that NO OTHER communication in the form of a letter, SMS, email, or telephonic call will be sent for intimation regarding the admission process.

- Parents are requested to adhere to the dates of interaction. The school will not entertain any requests for a change in the date of interaction.

- Due to a limited number of seats, all applicants may not be accommodated.

- The admissions are open for Noida residents only. The applicants should be residing within a 7 to 14 Kms range. No forms will be issued or received after the due date.
