  • After the child is admitted, no change in his / her date of birth will be allowed.
  • Date of birth certificate issued by Muncipal Corporation should be submitted for admission to Pre-primary and class 1.
  • Pupils seeking admission may be admitted only after they qualify the written test held by the school.
  • Admission will be confirmed only on the production of transfer certificate (TC) from the school last attended along with the progress report.
  • Application for obtaining school leaving certificate must be made on prescribed form obtainable from the office. A clear calendar month's notice of withdrawal from the school must be given. If the student is withdrawn without notice at the end of the academic year, the parents shall have to pay fee for the summer vacation period.
  • School Transfer / leaving certificate will be issued only after no dues certificate is obtained from all concerned.
  • Following categories of students will be required to be withdrawn from the school:-
    • Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unable to carry on school's educational programme.
    • Those whose fee is in arrears.
    • Those whose behavior, in the opinion of the Principal, is unsatisfactory and detrimental to the reputation of the school.


  • Punctuality and regularity in attendance, proper uniform and earnest effort in homework, assignment and gentlemanly behaviour in and outside school are always insisted on. In all the matters the parent's co-operation is solicited.
  • A student who is absent on the first day of any term, or who remains absent from School for five consecutive days without permission, his / her name will be struck off the school register and he / she will be re-admitted only if there is a seat. For leave, prior permission from the Principal must be obtained.
  • If absense on account of illness lasts for more than three days, application for leave must be accompained by a Medical Certificate.
  • The management reserve the right to strike off the names of students who continuously fail to make satisfactory progress in their studies. The management also has the right to expel students whose conduct is in any way detrimental to the discipline of the school.
  • Students are strictly forbidden to bring objectionable literature or mobile phones to the school.
  • The students should not purchase any eatables from unauthorized vendors in or outside the school premises.
  • Absense at examination will amount to a failure except in case of illness.
  • Damage to school property will be taken seriously. It will invite disciplinary action against the offenders and loss on account of such damage will be borne by the parents of the concerned students.
  • The school is not responsible for loss of goods or articles of students. Students should refrain from bringing costly watches, gold ornaments etc. to the school.
  • The reputation of the school depends on the conduct of its students. They must show good conduct and pay due regards to their teachers in and outside the school.
  • In the absense of the teacher in the class, students must obey the order of perfect or monitor.
  • Cycles must be kept locked on the cycle stand.
  • Any complaints regarding cleanliness, sanitation, electric fittings or water supply should be made to the receptionist and may be recorded in the complaints register kept at the reception.
  • Students are not allowed to receive visitors or make phone calls during class hours except in case of emergency.
  • If the parents have to see their children during working hours, they must see the Principal and make such a request.
  • Presenting gifts to members of the staff on any occasion by the students is prohibited.
  • Students are not permitted to get down the school bus on way back home for any purpose.
  • Objectionable behaviour of a student in the school bus will render him / her ineligible to use school transport.
  • Second Saturday of every month is a no teaching day. PTM is held in the school on the second saturday. The parents must compulsorily attend the PTM.
