F. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED :
1. Photocopy of Municipal Birth certificate of the child duly self attested.
2. Photocopy of proof of Residence, e.g. Ration Card / Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone bill / Water bill / Passport / Voter I- Card / Unique Identity Card / House Tax Receipt in the name of either of the parent.
3. Proof of sibling (real brother or sister only) studying in The Pinnacle School (photocopy of latest fee receipt).
4. Proof of the parent being an ex-student of The Pinnacle School (in the case of School Alumni)
5. Authenticated proof in respect of single parent or parents belonging to Foreign National / NRI / Govt. Employee / Ex-serviceman
6. Recent passport size colour photograph of the child to be affixed on the application form.
7. Application form belonging to EWS & Disadv. Group category should be supported with proof of all relevant documents as prescribed in the common Application Form for the session 2015-16.
G. FEE STRUCTURE : The new Fee Structure for the year 2015-16 will be intimated to all the parents after the same has been approved by the Director of Education.
