ADMISSION
Admission Criteria:
(a) Neighbourhood (i) Neighbourhood will be considered keeping St. Mary’s, Safdarjung Enclave as the centre point. (ii) Only those children who are living within walking distance of the bus route will be considered. (b) Sibling: Only brothers/sisters of the same parent studying in Santa Maria or St. Mary’s school, Safdarjung enclave will only be considered in this criteria. (c) Alumni: Parent should have completed 12th from St. Mary’s School, Safdarjung Enclave. Please attach a copy of school leaving certificate with the registration form. (d) Girl Child: 50% seats are reserved for girls. (e) Special Needs (f) Staff: Children of parents currently working with Santa Maria or St. Mary’s School, Safdarjung enclave will be considered in this criteria. (g) Minority: Proof of minority status needs to be produced under this category. (h) EWS: Priority under this category will be given to girls living in the vicinity of 1 km of St. Mary's School, Safdarjung Enclave. (i) Defence Personnel: Those defence personnel coming to Delhi on transfer will be considered under this category.

Nursery: 3 years as on 31st September of the academic year in which admission is sought. K.G.: 4 years as on 31st September of the academic year in which admission is sought. Prep: 5 years as on 31st September of the academic year in which admission is sought.
Admission Procedure:
Registration forms will be available from 17th January 2014. Filled in application form along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted at the school office (all working days) between 9:00am to 11:00am till January 31, 2014. No form will be accepted after January 31, 2014.
School Prospectus is available for Rs 500/-. However the registration form is free. There is no compulsion to buy a prospectus.
Application forms with incomplete or false information will be rejected.
(1) Registration form to be filled and submitted by parents. All relevant documents should be attached to the registration form. (2) First list of the short listed candidates will be put up on 28th Feb 2014.
(3) Documents to be attached along with the registration form:
(i) An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation.(Kindly bring the original certificate for verification) (ii) Children under Christian minority must produce the Baptism Certificate/ a letter from their respective Parish Priests/Pastors testifying to the membership of their parish. (iii) Proof of residence: A photocopy of Elector’s ID card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone bill *
*The School counsellor will be visiting to verify the proof of residence.
