F.DE/15/Act/2007/7002 dated 24.11.2007 and F.DE.15/Act./2007/7164-83
dated 29.11.2007 the following criteria have been laid
down for admission to Pre-School Class in the school for the year
2015-16.

Reserved Seats
Management Quota

20% of the seats reserved for allotment by the Management of the school. The seats shall be allotted and filled as per the discretion of the management of the school. | 32 |

School Specific Criteria
Admissions under this category shall be made on 100 point scale based on criteria laid by the school. The 100 points shall be distributed on the following parameters.

Criteria For Selection under EWS & DG Category
Free Ship Quota
The candidates applying under E.W.S. Category, Disadvantaged group and Orphans shall be selected as per the orders of Hon. High Court dated 31.01.2012 and circulated vide Directorate’s order no.F.15(110) DE/Act/2011/7563-74 dated 13.02.2012.
- Admission shall first be offered to eligible candidates belongings to EWS & Disadvantaged Group/Orphans residing within 1 km of the school.
- In case the vacancies remain unfilled, candidates residing within 3 km of the school shall be admitted.
- If there are still vacancies then the admission shall be offered to other candidates residing within 6 km of the school.
- Candidates residing beyond 6 km shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 km area.
Age
The child should be at least three (03) years old as on 31st March, 2015 for admission in Pre-school. The upper age limit shall be as decided by the Directorate of Education.
Registration
Standardized registration forms shall be available at the fee counter of the school on all working days from 20th December, 2014 to 3rd January, 2015 between 8.30 am to 1.00 pm on payment of Rs.25/- only.
However, the forms for E.W.S. category & Disadvantaged group/Orphans shall be available free of cost. The filled in application form should contain the self attested photocopies of the documents as specified in the Govt. order.
The filled in forms should be deposited in the office of the school by 5th January, 2015 up to 13.00 hrs on all working days.

Admission
The admission shall be made without any discrimination of caste/religion/region etc. by the admission committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal and assisted by the Incharge Pre-School.
No interview or interaction shall be held with the candidates or parents.
