Application Forms for registration to class
Nursery (Pre School) can be filled in two ways:

GUIDELINES FOR
ONLINE / DOWNLOADED FORM:
1.
After completing the online registration
form, click on the SUBMIT button. A Registration Number will be automatically
generated with the PRINT button. A print out of the filled form should be
taken.
2.
The printed copy of the online form OR the
duly filled downloaded form along with the relevant documents* must be
submitted to the School office with ` 25/-
in cash on any working day between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon from 26.12.2014 to
10.01.2015.
*List
of duly attested documents to be attached with the Registration Form at the
time of submission:
•
Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD
or competent authority.
•
Residence Proof (Election Card/ Ration Card/
Passport/Adhaar Card/Driving Licence)
•
Sibling (Report Card and latest Fee Receipt
of the sibling)
•
First Born (Undertaking)
•
Alumni (Class XII School Leaving Certificate
of Salwan Public School)
• Documents
to substantiate parameters of Serial number 6 & 7 of the Registration Form,
if applicable.
Admission will be based on the information
furnished, backed by documentary evidence attached with the form, when
submitted.
Information regarding parents’ profession and
educational qualification will not form a part of the admission criteria. It
will be used only for school data processing.
Admission for the General category of seats
will be based upon the criteria as per school’s policy for which points will be
given. If there is a tie in the points for the last seat/s to be allotted,
there will be a draw of lot to finalize the sequence in which the admission
would be offered.
ECONOMICALLY
WEAKER SECTION & DISADVANTAGED GROUP:
The common Application Form for admission
under EWS & Disadvantaged Group Category under the RTE Act, 2009 prescribed
by the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi will be made available
for parents at the School’s office.
I.
Proof of Date of Birth
• Birth
Certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Certification Act, 1886.
Hospital / Auxillary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record
Anganwadi Record.
Declaration of the age of the child by the
parent or guardian.
II.
Proof of Residence
•
Ration card issued in the name of parents
(mother/father having name of the child).
•
Domicile
certificate of child or of his/her parents.
•
Voter
I-card of any of the parents.
•
Electricity
bill / MTNL telephone bill / water bill.
•
Unique
Identity card of mother / father / child issued by Government of India.
•
Passport in the name of any of the parents or
child.
III.
Proof
of Income
•
Income
certificate issued by a Revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
•
BPL Ration Card (Yellow coloured)
•
AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured)
IV. Proof of Disadvantaged Group
•
Caste certificate issued by a Revenue Officer
not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority.
OR
•
Caste Certificate issued by DC Office.
V. Proof of Orphan category
•
Certificate issued by Women & Child
Development of GNCT of Delhi.

The child should be 3+ years
as on 31st March 2015 (Born before 31st
March 2012)
