General Guidelines:-

·        An acknowledge slip with an application number will be given on submission of the Form. Please use this number for any further query.

·        Incomplete Forms or Forms without supporting documents will not be considered for admission and no further communication will be entertained. Duplicate forms shall be rejected.

·        If any of the required information / documents are found to be incorrect / altered, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission, even after the session commences.

·        In case of twins, if one child gets selected, the other may be considered for admission at a later stage.

The Final List of selected applicants will be displayed on the school website and notice board.

·        Staff Category - Admission under this category is reserved for staff children. Vacant seats, if any, shall be considered for the General Category.

·        Siblings Category No points will be awarded to applicants under this category. In case of applications greater than the required number of allocated seats, the selection will be made through a draw of lots, taking into consideration that there is no history of fee defaulting. Vacant seats, if any, shall be considered for the General Category.

·        Management Quota Seats will be filled as per the discretion of the School Management.

·        General Quota Selection under this category will be based on the Point System and applicants with highest points will be considered first. In case of a tie, selection will be done through a draw of lots.

Relieving Letter from the previous employer will need to be attached. All Inter-State Transfers with effect from 1st January 2014 till 10th January 2015 will be considered under this category, including transfers from the NCR.

For General Category:-

1.    For Proof of Residence, an attested copy of any one of the following documents is required:

·        Ration Card

·        Voter I-D card

·        Telephone Bill

·        Electricity Bill

·        Water Bill

·        Passport

·        Rent Agreement.


2.    Child's Birth Certificate from MCD.

3.    Self-Attested Affidavit by the parents confirming that the applicant is their first born child.

4.    Copies of the Appointment Letter of the current employer and the Relieving Letter from the previous employer will need to be attached. All Inter-State Transfers with effect from 1st January 2014 till 10th January 2015 will be considered under this category, including transfers from the NCR.

For parents applying for admission of their children under the Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group:

1.    Proof of Age (any one):-

(a) Birth certificate under the Birth, Death and Marriages Certification Act, 1986.

(b) Hospital/Auxillary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record.

(c) Anganwadi Record.

2.    Proof of Residential Address (any one):-

(a) Ration card issued in the name of parents (with the name of the child).

(b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.

(c) Voter I card of any of the parents.

(d) Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill/water bill.

(e) Unique Identity Card of mother/father/child issued by Government of India.

(f) Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

3.    Proof of Income (any one):-

(a) Income certificate issed by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.

(b) BPL Ration card (Yellow Coloured).

(c) AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured)

(d) Food Security Card

4.    Proof of Disadvantaged Group (any one):-

(a) A Certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.

(b) Caste Certificate issued by DC Office.

(c) Medical Certificate from Govt. Hospital for children with special needs / disabilities.

(d) A Certificate issued by the Department of Women and Child Development, in case of an Orphan Child.
