Minimum Age for Admission
A child wishing to enter mirambika in the Red
group (Pre-School) for the session 2015-2016 should have completed 3
years as on 31st March of the year of admission i.e. the child
should be born between 1st April
2011 and 31st March
2012.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
06th (Tues) to 09th (Fri) January 2015
Registration forms will be available from the
mirambika school office on payment of Rs.25.00 between 9.30am and 11.30am. Parents
are requested to go through the website carefully in order to understand
the aims and methodology of mirambika and come for registration only if they
are genuinely interested in getting their child admitted to Free Progress
learning as pursued in mirambika. The details are available at our website www.
mirambika.org
mirambika admission information C.D. (Optional) is
also available for Rs. 50/- at the school office.
12th (Mon)
to 15th (Thurs) January 2015 -
9.30am – 11.30am
Registration forms duly filled are to be deposited
at the mirambika school office by the parents of the ward.
List of selected children will be displayed on 2nd February
2015 by 9.30am on the school display board and on our website mirambika.org

photocopy of the birth certificate.

photocopy of the Medical Certificate.

passport-sized photograph of the child and one each of both parents.

telephone bill, water bill, passport, ration card, voter ID (EPIC)

i)
Proof of residence in Delhi for the last 3 years.
ii) Annual
Income Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not below the rank of
Tehsildar or BPL Ration Card (Yellow Colored) or AAY Ration Card (Pink
Colored).

Documents required for Disadvantaged Group:
Disabilities/Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Orphan/Other Backward Classes
(not falling in the creamy layer) Certificate issued by the Revenue Officer not
below the rank of Tehsildar or any other competent authority and Orphan
certificate issued by the Women and Child Development Department of GNCT.
•
In case of applicants with minimum special
needs/disabilities i.e. a child who can be mainstreamed under inclusive
education, a copy of certificate of disabilities from medical officer of
Government hospitals.
1. Neighborhood (40 points)
(Required
Document – last electricity bill, MTNL telephone bill, water bill,
Passport, ration card, voter ID, (EPIC) Aadhaar card.

Sibling – (40 points) - blood brother/ sister only, studying in
mirambika.

Document – Photocopy of fee receipt)
3.
Alumni: (20 points) if father or mother has completed class VIII
from mirambika School.
(Required
Document - last School Leaving Certificate)

Disadvantaged Group

The form is to be downloaded from the website,
edudel.nic.in or collected from the school office from 9.30 to 11.30am. between
06th (Tues) and 9th (Fri)
January
2015.
•
The form is to be filled legibly, recent
passport-sized photograph of the child to
be
affixed and submitted with the required
documents in the school office from
12th (Mon) to
15th (Thurs) January 2015 from 9.30am
to 11.30am.
•
No Registration Fee will be charged.
•
Only neighborhood points will be awarded to the
students of this category. In case of a tie, selection will be made through a
draw of lots. Information regarding date of draw of lots, time and venue will
be intimated well in advance to enable parents to attend the same.
•
