SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF FORMS

Forms will be available on the school website and at the Reception from December 20, 2014 to January 20, 2015 between 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (except on holidays).

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF FORMS:

January 20, 2015

ELIGIBILITY

Pre- School : 3 years as on 1^st April, 2015

Pre- Primary: 4 years as on 1^st April, 2015

General Category	- 55%
EWS (Economically Weaker Section)	- 25%
Management Quota	- 20 %

Candidates shortlisted for “Draw of Lots” will be informed

through SMS.

Kindly bring the original of the below given documents for verification at the time of admission:-

1.            Birth certificate

2.            Residence proof

3.            Proof of sibling – latest fee slips

4.            Proof of Alumni (School leaving certificate/ Sr. Secondary/ Secondary Board Certificate)

5.            One photograph of child

6.            Medical fitness certificate

7.            In case of SC/ST/OBC, kindly provide documents validating the same.

8.            Affidavit for Single/ First born child

9.            Documents validating that transfer orders were received between 1^st January 2014 to 31^st December 2014
