“Online Registration Form to Nursery for General Category (2015-16)”
1. The Registration for students of class Nursery for the Academic Session 2015-2016 will begin from 26th December, 2014 (11:00 am onwards). Registration and Submission will be done Online through school’s website Www.Birla.Ac.In .The last date for Online Registration and submission is 10th January, 2015 up to 3:00 p.m.
2. The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all applicants and to maintain transparency in the admission procedure.
3. Every year, we have more applicants than the number of seats available. Therefore, if a candidate is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her calibre.
4. Application / Registration does not guarantee admission.
Age Limit : - Born between 1st April, 2011 and 31st March, 2012
Scrutiny/Verification of Online Applications: - ¨ Photocopies of relevant documents at the time of admission.
Declaration from Parents
1. Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is correct and they understand that if the information is found to be incorrect or false, their ward’s admission shall stand cancelled without any correspondence in this regard.

Points to Remember while filling Online Registration form
1. Do not use symbols like - / or ‘or “ or : of ( etc. while filling the form online as these symbols will not be accepted by the software.
2. Fill up the form completely before taking a print out.
3. In case of incomplete form, the application will be deemed as rejected.
4. Please fill all the details carefully keeping in mind that the spellings and dates filled once will be carried in all future official documents like passport, board mark sheets, certificates and cannot be changed later.
5. Recent Photographs of Child, Father and Mother are to be pasted on the form during submission of Printout of the form, if shortlisted.
6. In case of separated parents, please fill the name of biological father/mother.
7. Only one form can be registered on one Email-id. One applicant can fill only one form. In case of twins, Applicant will fill the other form by giving a different Email-id.
8. Kindly check ‘ Circulars’ under head “Admission” of the School Website, for regular updates.
How to fill Online Registration form to Nursery
1. For filling the Online Registration Form, Applicant needs to create an account with the School by entering a valid Email-id and a password.
a. Click on "Register now" button to create your account.
b. Once you register, you will receive an Email from School to activate your account.
c. After activation of your account, you can login through your Email-id and password.
2. After login, kindly read the Instruction sheet (which includes General Instructions, Criteria, Allocation of Seats and Admission Schedule) carefully before filling the form.
3. Once the form is duly filled, Selecting Submit option will submit your form. Please check all the details of the form carefully before selecting Submit. No editing can be done once the form is submitted. No calls to the School will be entertained.
4. A fter Submitting the form you will get option “Pay now” or “Print“.
By Selecting option “Pay now” you will get option to pay Registration fee (Rs. 25/-) by Debit/ Credit Card or through Net Banking.
5. After the form is duly submitted and registration fee paid, take the Printout of the form by selecting “Print” option.
6. Form with Payment Status “Pending” will not be accepted by the school.
7. Check regularly ‘ Circulars’ under head “Admission” of the School Website, for admission updates .
