- Date of Birth Certificate in original for classes 1 to XI.
- Photocopy of Residence proof.
- School Leaving Certificate in original of the last school. (Out station TC to be countersigned by the E.O.)
- Medical Fitness Certificate in original.
- Attested photocopy of the report card of the previous school / marksheet.
- Fee quarterly cheque in the name of "Bhatnagar International School"
- Photocopy of the Pan Card.
