candidate will be selected on the bases of the following criterion:

The1st
list of students selected for admission will be displayed on school website
on 24th January 2015 (Saturday) for General Category only.
In
case, your child is not selected in 1st list you should wait for the next
list to be out. The information for which shall be given on school website.
FOR CLASS K.G
ONWARDS:
At the moment, there is no
vacant seat for class K.G onwards. If there will be any vacant seat
available in future, Same will be intimate through school website and
school Notice Board.

Admission-Procedure
|
You
can apply personally at school reception or can apply online as well.
Advantages of
applying online:
By
registering online through e-registration, your application details will
reach us instantly. You only have to send a printed version of the
registration form along with the enclosures to “THE ADMISSION INCHARGE, BAL
BHAVAN PUBLIC SCHOOL, POCKET-B,MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE-II, DELHI-110091” on or
before 10th January, 2015.
An
acknowledgement mail will be sent to your e-mail ID as provided by you
while registering online.
You can view the status of your
registration by using your online registration number. e-registration will
also prompt you if you omit any of the mandatory fields, thus minimizing
the chances of your registration getting rejected.
Prerequisite for applying online:
· You first need access to a computer with a printer.
· You need to have an authentic e-mail id for further
correspondence.
· Keep ready with you attested photocopy of the following
documents.
1. Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the
child.
2. Latest Original Medical Certificate of the child duly
signed by the parent.
3. Attested photocopy of Residence proof / Electricity bill
/ Telephone bill / DJB bill.
4. Post card size photograph of parent along with the child
in centre.
5. S.L.C. / T.C. from the last school attended duly counter
signed by the competent authority (wherever applicable).
6. Attested photocopy of previous class report card of the
child (wherever applicable).
7. Proof of Sibling (wherever applicable).
8. Proof of Alumni (wherever applicable).
9. Proof of Inter State Transfer (wherever applicable).
10. Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever
applicable).
11. Attested photocopy of Ration card (BPL) in case of
E.W.S. Quota
12. Attested photocopy of Income Certificate from S.D.M. in
case of E.W.S. quota.
Points to remember

All
the candidates should register themselves between 20th Dec. 2014 (Saturday) to 8th January, 2015 (Thursday).

2.
|
All
the registration forms along with necessary documents should reach school
latest by 10th January,
2015 (Saturday) latest by 4.00 PM.

|
3.
|
A
print of the registration form submitted online along with all the
documents and registration fee RS 25/- (in Cash only) should be
dispatched in an envelope highlighting the Name of the Candidate, Class
for which admission is sought and the registration number provided by
e-registration.

|
4.
|
You
can Drop-in the registration form at school reception personally or Send
by Post/Courier.
|
|
|
5.
|
Incomplete
registration forms or forms without supporting documents will be
rejected.

6.
|
Registration
