Admission Pattern for registration for nursery & pre-nursery class
1. Registration is open to all classes from 1st January. Registration forms available in the school office between 9 am to 1 pm. On all working.
2. Admission age for nursery school is 3+ years.
3. The admission will be given strictly on the basis of norms given by the department of education.
4. Parents/guardians are requested to fill in the biodata form with the outmost possible accuracy. No subsequent change will be permitted for any reason whatsoever.
5. The admission process is complete only after the payment of the admission fees with in the notified date.

1. Birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation.
2. Proof of residential address (passport / voter id card / pan card / ration card and driving licence).
3. Certificate of medical fitness of child from M.B.P.S Doctor only.
4. In case of alumni father / mother / both ; admission no., year of admission passing, roll no. CBSE, Class XI / XII Board Exam.
5. In case of applicants with special needs, certificate of disabilities from Govt. hospitals.
6. For single parent proof of marital status should be enclosed.
7. For single child self attested affidavit.

3. If vacancies arise the candidates will be contacted by phone to collect the prospectus and the biodata for from the school office.
4. Parents /guardians are requested to fill in the biodata form with the outmost possible accuracy. No subsequent change will be permitted for any reason whatsoever.

• Copy of the birth certificate
• Copy of the report card of the previous class
• Two stamp size photographs
6. The parent will have to introduce the candidate to the principal on the day of introduction.

8. The admission process is complete only after the submission of the transfer certificate from the previous school & the payment of the fees.

Withdrawal
1. Before withdrawing a pupil from school a month notice is to be given or the month’s fees in lieu of notice. Exception may be made in case of sudden transfer of government or military personnel. All annual fees must be paid in full, no matter when the t.c. is applied for.
2. Application for the transfer certificate must be made in writing by the parent or guardian.
3. No transfer certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been made in full and the library books returned.

2. The school provides transport facilities to the students. The transport fee is payable with the school fee every month by the bus users.
