Registration For Pre-School (2015-2016)

Parents/Guardians are expected to read the following information:

• Total No. of seats are 50 (Normally 25 seats for male and 25 seats for female).
• Children born between 01.04.2011 and 31.03.2012 are eligible.
• Christian Candidates and Children of school staff shall have the first preference in admission irrespective of distance. 
  The remaining seats if any will be filled in for the general category based on the criteria given below:
  • Neighborhood policy
    (Distance by road)- 50 Points (0 – 3 Km – 50 points) (3 – 5 Km – 20 points)
  • Sibling- 20 Points
  • Alumni- 20 points
  • Inter state Transferable job– 10 Points (State & Central Government job holders only)
• There will be No Test or interview of the applicants.
• No reservation for EWS Category as per the decision of the Honorable High Court of Delhi
• Short – listing will be done according to the point system
• Interaction with both the parents of the short listed candidates will be done to verify the original documents.
• Incomplete and erroneous / false information shall lead to automiatic cancellation without intimation to the parents.
• Registration will be valid only after submission of the hard copy of online filled form along with the photocopies of the relevant documents and registration fee (non refundable) of Rs. 25 by cash in the school between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon from 2nd January, 2015 to 20th January, 2015.
• Result will be displayed on the school website on 28th February, 2015, at 8:00 P.M.
• The following documents (attested Photocopies only) are to be attached along with registration form:
  • Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local self Government.
  • Baptism Certificate and parish Priest letter (For Christians only)
  • Proof of Residence (Voter ID/Adhaar Card/Driving License)
  • Proof for Sibling (Fee Receipt)
  • Proof for Alumni (Certificate issued from the school/ Board of Class X & XII).
  • Inter State Transferable State & Central Government Job holders only(Copy of Transfer Order issued by the concerned Department)
