Admission/Registration Forms
Admission/Registration forms for admission to Class Pre-Nursery can be downloaded from the school’s website.
Admission forms will be available at the school office from Monday Ist
December 2014 to 20th December between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Registration of forms
Application to be duly filled and submitted at the school office before (Friday) 20th December 2014. Rs. 50/- (admission processing fee) is to be paid at the time of submission of the form.
Seats Availability & Reservation (Entry Class)
Entry Class – Pre- Nursery Total seats - 40 ( Gen. 30 + EWS 10) 25 % seats are reserved for EWS under RTE quota.
Age Criteria
For admission to Pre- Nuesery , the child should have completed 2½ Years as on 31.03.2015
Documents Required
- Original Date of Birth Certificate (Two attested Photocopies)
- A recent passport sized photograph to be attached in the box provided. Two passport sized photographs of the student and a family photograph to be submitted
- Proof of Residence
Documents required for EWS Category
- Salary Certificate from SDM, Chandigarh Proof of Residence
- Proof of Date of Birth (Original)
- Resident within 1 km area of the school can apply for the admission
- Resident Proof (residing minimum 3 yrs)

Fee Structure 2014-15 (for Non-EWS Students)
Admission fee is Rs. 11300/-(Including 1800/- monthly tuition fee) for Pre-Nursery class and Nursery Class.
Admission Criteria
Admission
criteria is first come first served basis . Please specify your mobile
numbers and e-mail IDs correctly. Information regarding the same shall
also be intimated through SMS/e-mail.
- List of selected students will be displayed on School notice board on 15th January 2015.
- Fee deposit for the selected students will be from 21st January to 25th January 2015
- Admission to other classes will be based on availability of the seats.
