Eligibility Criteria

Admission Criteria- 100 points system for Nursery Admissions

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION FOR ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION :

  • Child must be minimum 4 years as on 1.4.2010
  • The qualifying parental income limit is Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum
  • The parents of the child should be staying in Delhi for last 3 years.
  • Adequate proof for residence,2 passport size photographs,family photograph, Copy of ration card/electoral identity card and birth certificate of the child should be attached to the registration form at time of submission. (the original documents will be seen before admission is granted).
  • The income certificate in respect of parents will be issued by SDM of the area or any other revenue officer, not below the rank of tehsildar or food and civil supplies officer, Department of NCT of Delhi.
  • Students within the local area will be given preference.
  • The tuition fee and other charges like development, annual, refreshment etc. will not be levied for economically weaker students.

REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SCHOOL COUNTER

From December 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. excluding Sundays and Gazetted holidays.
Although Admission will be granted for the Pre-School Class only, the criteria adopted for admission will be the same as for the criteria for the Pre-Primary Class, which is the entry class for the formal school, to facilitate entry to the Pre-Primary Class for the session.
Selection will be made through a comprehensive Registration Form which parents should fill up carefully and attach photocopies of the documents required. These will be verified from the originals at the time of interaction with parents of short listed children.

Admission for classes I to IX

  • Admission to classes I to IX are made on the basis of written entrance tests.
  • Registration is done in the month of March.
  • Syllabus is available on the school website for the classes I to IX.

Admission for class XI

Admission to class XI is done in first week of April on the basis of class X result. Likewise, stream (Science/Commerce/Humanities) is offered only after evaluating the student's performance.

 

Withdrawal Procedure

  • One month' notice in writing or one month' fee in lieu thereof is necessary in case a parent wants to withdraw his/her ward from the school during the session.
  • In case of withdrawal ,transfer certificate and security deposits/caution money will be released after the clearance of all the school dues.
  • Withdrawal application at the session end will be accepted only.
