  • Registration forms for children born on or between 1st October 2010 and 31st March 2012, can be filled in online.
  • Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the registration form.
  • Completed registration form needs to be submitted latest by 1600 Hrs. on 14th January 2015.
  • Total number of seats available is 112. [Open seats –56, Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker sections -28 (25% of total seats), Management seats –22 (20% of total seats) & Staff quota – 6 (5% of total seats)] 
  • The Shri Ram School has a split campus. The Junior School is in Vasant Vihar and the Senior School is in DLF Phase III, Gurgaon.
  • The Shri Ram School offers ISC/ICSE, NIOS,IGCSE & IB Diploma Programme
Instructions for filling the Registration Form

Children whose birth date falls born on or between 1st October 2010 and 31st March 2012 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2015-2016. 
You may apply online through the website OR submit the offline form which is available at the school campus.
It would be preferable that the online form be filled.

Important:
  • You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

The online and offline registration forms will be available from 10:00 hours on 30th December 2014 to 14th January 2015. The last date for receiving all forms is 1600 hours on 14th January 2015

The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.

Guidelines for filling Online Forms
  • This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence.
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered.
  • When user select values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing completed user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient.
  • The areas/localities/colonies within range for criteria of selection are built in to the system. If you do not find your locality, you may choose the 'Others' category. You will then be able to enter details and the distance from the school campus.

Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]:
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
  • Proof of residential address [Passport/ Lease Deed/ Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Electoral Card/Aadhar Card]
    Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visits.
  • In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/admission no of sibling studying in The Shri Ram School whether at the Junior School i.e. Vasant Vihar, the Senior School i.e. DLF Phase III or at The Shri Ram School, Aravali
  • In case of adopted: Adoption Deed.
  • For proof of first born child: affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child.

  • In case of ward of Alumni of The Shri Ram School : Migration Certificate.
  • In case of ward of staff of The Shri Ram School (includes grand children also) : Employee number of staff.
  • In case of twins, if one of the twin children gets selected, then only will the other be considered under sibling category at a later stage and not during the submission of the form. Please write to  pv.admissions@tsrs.org if the application is valid under the ‘Twins’ category, stating the registration numbers of the applications.
Note:The documents will be verified at the time the admission fee is deposited.
Registration Form for admission under Freeship-Disadvantaged Group and Weaker Sections - Economically Weaker Section, Children with Special Needs,SC/ST/OBC, Orphan
  • Parents are requested to fill in the Common Admission Form (as prescribed by the Directorate of Education) available at the school campus free of cost
Documents required for admission on free seats :
  1. For the admission of child belonging to weaker sections:
    a. Income certificate issued by a revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
    b. BPL ration card (yellow coloured)
    c. AAY Ration Card (pink coloured)
     
  2. For the admission of child belonging to disadvantaged group:
    a. A certificate issued by a revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other competent authority 
    b. Caste Certificate by DC Office
    c. Medical Certificate from government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognised hospital. (In case of Special Need or/ disability) 
    d. A Certificate issued in accordance with instruction issued by the Department of Women and Child Development, GNCT of Delhi, vide order dated 11.12.12 in case of Orphan Child. 
     
  3. Proof of residence:
    a. Ration card issued to the parents (mother/father having the name of the child).
    b. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents. 
    c. Voter I card of any of the parents.
    d. Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water Bill.
    e. Unique Identity card (Aadhar) in the name of Father/Mother/Child issued by the Government of India.
    f. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
