1. Age as on 31st March 2015 (Pre-school– 3yrs+ ,   Pre-primary– 4yrs+,    1st – 5yrs+)
2. Application forms are available at the school reception counter as well as can be downloaded from the school websitewww.decentpublicschool.com                                         Rs. 25/-
3. The following schedule will be observed for Admissions 2015-2016
Availability & Submission of Registration Forms
20th December to 15th January 2015
Last date of Forms submission in hard copy to school
20th January 2015
Screening of Forms & Verification of Documents
16th January to 31st January 2015
Display of first list of selected Forms in GENERAL CATEGORY
1st February 2015
Display of first list of selected Forms in EWS & disadvantaged group category (including waiting list)
15th February 2015
Closure of Admission process
30th March 2015

5. Admission Criteria for EWS Category: Neighbourhood upto 01 km only  ; 100 point 

Instructions for Filling up the Registration form:
  • •Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.
  • •Please fill in each entry of the form and write N.A for those entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any entry blank.
  • •The Registration Formality will be complete only on the receipt of the duly filled registration form and payment of  Rs.25 for registration (other than EWS categories)
  • •Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • •Please keep a photocopy of duly filled Registration form for future Reference.
  • •Kindly enclose the required following documents along with the Registration Form
  1. 1.Self Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child
  2. 2.Attested copy of Proof of Residence-Voter Identity Card/ Ration Card/ Passport
  3. 3.Proof of Transfer (if applicable)
  4. 4.Proof of Sibling (if applicable) - Photocopy of the I-card.
  5. 5.Proof of Alumni (if applicable) - CBSE XII Pass Certificate.
  6. 6.For EWS – Certificate from SDM stating Annual Income and other guidelines as notified by Dir of education &  printed EWS form
