Admission Procedure

1. AGE CRITERIA:

• The child should complete 3+ years of age as on 31^st March,2014 (Pre School)
• The child should complete 4+ years of age as on 31^st March,2014 (Pre Primary)

2. DATE, PLACE, MODE OF DISTRIBUTION AND RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION FORM :

Start of distribution of Forms :	21st Jan 2014 (Tuesday)
Last date of submission of admission application in school :	5th Feb 2014 (Wednesday)
The date for displaying the first list of selected children including EWS & Disadvantaged Group Category (Including waiting list) :	15th March 2014 (Saturday)
The date of displaying the second list(If any) :	20th Mar 2014 (Thursday)
Closure of admission Process :	31st Mar 2014 (Monday)
Place :	Laxmi Public School , X-20, Institutional Area, Karkardooma, Delhi-92
Registration Form :	Available at School Office (9:00 am to 01:00 pm)
Receipt of Registration form :	9:00 am to 01:00 pm

EWS Category         : 10 (25% of total seats) 

4. REGISTRATION :

• Registration Form must be duly filled and submitted at the school office within the specified dates/time
• Registration does not ensure admission, which is subject to availability of seats and merit of the applicant.
• Registration Fee is non-refundable.

6. The following formalities need to be completed at the time of admission (General Category):

1. Admission form should be filled neatly and carefully .
2. For Pre School, Pre Primary and Class I – Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local Bodies.
3. For Class II onwards Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
4. Payment of fee (in cash only) at the time of admission within the specified time and date. Failing to do so the admission will stand cancelled.
5. 4 recent passport size photographs of the selected candidate along with the passport size photograph of Mother and Father (2 each).

7. The following formalities need to be completed at the time of admission (EWS Category) :

1. SDM Certificate is required at the time of Admission for the children belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) or disadvantage group.
2. Birth Certificate
3. Medical Certifcate (For children with special needs)
4. Proof of residence (Ration Card, Voter I-card of the parent, Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of the parent, Aadhar Card).
5. 4 recent passport size photographs of the selected candidate along with the passport size photograph of Mother and Father (2 each).

Fee structure

The School fees and other charges are payable on Monthly or Quarterly basis.

In case of Monthly Fees :            15th of every Month will be the last date of submission of fees.In case of Quarterly Fees :          15th of the first month of the quarter will be the last date of submission of fees.

1. If the dates specified above is a holiday, the last day of submission of fees will be previous day and not the following day.
2. Fee is payable in cash/cheque should be drawn in favour of Laxmi Public School A/c No. 532701110050003 and payment should be deposited at the Union Bank of India. 16, Guru Hargobind Enclave Karkardooma, Delhi-110092.
3. Parents who opt to pay fee on monthly basis must deposit the fee for the last quarter (January to March) in one installment for all three months.NOTE : The name of the student, class, section and admission number should be written the back of the cheque.

LATE FEE FINE : A fine of Rs. 10/- per day shall be charged from the 15th of the month till the last working day of the month after that the name of the student shall be stuck of the rolls.

RE-ADMISSION : Re-admission will be allowed only after payment of all arrears of fees including late fine and the prescribed re-admission fee.

DISHONORED CHEQUE : In case any cheque is dishonored by the bank a sum of Rs 300/- will be charged and the payment will be accepted through cash only.

RULES REGARDING WITHDRAWL :

• Admission fee is not refundable in any case.
• If the parent wish to withdraw their ward from the school, the transfer certificate will be issued on one month’s notice in writing by the parent, failure to do so one month tuition fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

REFUND :

1. Caution money will be refunded at the time of withdrawal from the school on production of caution money deposit receipt.
2. Transfer certificate and caution money will only be released on clearance of all school dues.
3. Caution money will have to be claimed within one year of leaving the school, otherwise it will lapse.
