Gitarattan Jindal Public School was established under the aegis of Rohini Educational Society in year 1988 as an endeavourer to provide quality education in the newly emerging satellite township of Rohini. GRJPS, Senior Secondary School, Co-Ed. (Recognized and Affiliated) has been catering to the educational needs of the neighborhood. FEE

The School Fee is required submitted on quarterly basis latest by 10th of every quarter. It needs to be submitted in the form of a cheque /DD in favor of ‘Gitarattan Jindal Public School, Rohini, Delhi payable at any Delhi branch. No cash fee is acceptable. The Fee must be deposited only on the School Reception or put in the Drop Box (On holidays). Interested parents can also deposit the fee on Half Yearly / Annual Basis Or Annual Basis too as their own wish with the permission of School Authorities.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

Self attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate .

Self attested photocopy of ID proof of Mother and Father.

Self attested photocopy of residence proof of either of the parent. Undertaking by the parent for child’s Medical fitness.

ADMISSION TO PRE-PRIMARY ONWARDS
Admissions to classes Pre-Primary onwards will be made as per availability of seats.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS PRE-SCHOOL

1. The Admission Form for registration is available free for cost at the school reception from 08.30 am to 12.30 p.m. & on the school website round the clock. The same can be downloaded from the school website (www.gitarattan.com).
2. The child should be minimum of 3 years as on 31st March, 2014 for admission to Pre-School.
3. Duly filled in registration form should be submitted at the school reception on or before 5th February, 2014.
4. The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the admission form and submit at the school reception on or before 5th February, 2014.
5. Self attested photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission.
6. The list of short listed candidates will be displayed at the school website (www.gitarattan.com) and the school notice board as per schedule.
7. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected. There should be no cutting and over-writing in the form.
8. Fee will be deposited at the reception at the time of admission.
9. The registration form for EWS as prescribed by DOE is available free of cost at the school reception and on school website.


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
(Attested photocopy with application form)

(i) Residential Proof : Passport/ Ration Card/ Voter ID Card (EPIC), Adhaar card / UID Card and Electricity Bill/ MTNL telephone Bill/ Water Bill in the name any of the parents or child. Domicile Certificate of child or of his/ her parents.
(ii) MCD Birth Certificate of the Child with its name.
(iii) Highest Educational Qualification of Father and Mother (Copy of relevant degree).
(iv) Appropriate documentation in case of orphans/ physically challenged parent.
(v) Appropriate documentation in case of Single Parent.
(vi) Appropriate documentation in case of change in name of mother/ father after marriage; divorce, adoption etc.
(vii) ID proof of Both Father and Mother.
(viii) Transfer Certificate and Previous Class Report Card for admission in other classes except Pre-School.


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

(i) Blood Group of a child.
(ii) Updated Immunization Record.
(iii) Medical Fitness Certificate by M.D. Doctor.
(iv) Proof of overseas transfers.
(v) Three copies of the passport size photograph of the child and one each photograph of parent (father, mother & guardian).
(vi) Registration Receipt.
(vii) Other Documentation as per the requirement of Admission formality.
