Ews Applicants & Disadvantaged Group Applicants 

• Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS and Disadvantaged Group residing within 1 km of the specific school.
• The selection would be done through draw of lots; In the presence of the DOE nominee and parents.
• In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 kms of the school shall be admitted.
• If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 6 kms of the institution.
• Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms area.

Documents Required at the time of verification GENERAL CATEGORY

• Original Birth Certificate of Child
• Copy of Online Registration form along with 1 photograph of child with date and one photograph each of father and mother
• Proof of Residential Address
• Self declaration of parents with regard to first born child
• Medical fitness Certificate of child issued by a Medical Officer
• In case of Sibling applicants, School I-Card/ Fee Bill of the sibling studying in BGSIPS
• Please note that self attested photocopies of the above documents are to be submitted.

EWS / DISADVANTAGED CATEGORY

• Originals of all the documents submitted along with the application form (as prescribed by the DOE).
