Photocopy of the following documents are to be enclosed along with the Registration Form (originals will be checked for the admission)
Submit any one of the following documents in the categories given below along with Photographs of Child, Father & Mother
For Date of Birth Proof (any one)
Birth Certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Certification Act,1886
Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record.
Anganwadi record.
Declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian.
For Address Proof (any one)
Ration card (inclusive if the name of mother/father with the name of the child).
Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
Voter I Card of any parents.
Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill.
Unique I card of mother/father/child issued by Government of India.
Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
For Income Proof (any one)
Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
BPL Ration Card(yellow coloured).
AAY Ration Card(pink coloured)
For Disadvantaged Group including Children with Special needs (any one)
A certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other competent Authority
Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued by DC Office.
Medical Certificate from Government Hospital, in the case of children with special needs/disabilities.
A certificate issued in accordance with instruction issued by the Department of women and Child Development, GNCT of Delhi, vide order dated 11.12.12 in case of Orphan Child.
