ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF THE FOLLOWING, IF NOT SUBMITTED EARLIER
3.Date
of Birth Certificate issued by M.C.D. / N.D.M.C. / Any Government Agency.
4. As per notification dated 7.1.2011, issued by the Education
Department of Delhi, photocopies only of following documents, in the name of
the Parents only, are to be considered as proof of the residence.
a. Voter’s
Identity Card of father.
b. Aadhar
Card of father.
c. Ration
Card.
d. Passport
of father.
e. Domicile
Certificate.
f. Electricity
Bill in the name of father/mother.
g. MTNL
Telephone Bill in the name of father/mother.
h. Water
Bill in the name of father/mother.
5. For Sibling Category-photocopy of
Identity Card of Sibling.
6. For Alumini Category- photocopy of C.B.S.E.
certificate of Class XII of Father or Mother.
7. Degree
/ Diploma / Certificate of the highest qualification of Mother & Father.
