  • Registration forms can also be procured from School Main Gate from22.12.14 (Mon)- 05.01.15 (Mon) between 03:00 – 04:00 p.m on all working days which can be submitted between 03:00 p.m – 04:00 p.m till 06.01.15 (Tues)

Children With Special Needs

Photocopy of the following documents are to be enclosed along with the Registration Form (originals will be checked for the admission)
Submit any one of the following documents in the categories given below along with Photographs of Child, Father & Mother

FOR DATE OF BIRTH PROOF (ANY ONE)

  • Birth Certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Certification Act,1886
  • Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife(ANM) register record.
  • Anganwadi record.
  • Declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian.

FOR ADDRESS PROOF (ANY ONE)

  • Ration card (inclusive if the name of mother/father with the name of the child).
  • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
  • Voter I Card of any parents.
  • Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill.
  • Unique I card of mother/father/child issued by Government of India.
  • Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

FOR INCOME PROOF (ANY ONE)

  • Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
  • BPL Ration Card(yellow coloured).
  • AAY Ration Card(pink coloured)

FOR DISADVANTAGED GROUP INCLUDING CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (ANY ONE)

  • A certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other competent Authority
  • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued by DC Office.
  • Medical Certificate from Government Hospital, in the case of children with special needs/disabilities.
  • A certificate issued in accordance with instruction issued by the Department of women and Child Development, GNCT of Delhi, vide order dated 11.12.12 in case of Orphan Child.

GENERAL CATEGORY ADMISSION SCHEDULE

  • Registration form available online only (22.12.14 – 05.01.15 )
  • Parents opting Online Mode of Payment should not submit the form at the School Reception
  • Parents opting Offline Mode of Payment are to submit the filled up Online Reg. Form along with the Photographs, Documents and the Registration Fee at the School Reception to get the Acknowledgement Slip till 06.01.15 (Tues)on all working days between 9 am & 12 noon
  • Schedule for the Verification of documents will be uploaded.

    • Lease agreement with authentic proof (court agreement).
    • Electricity bill / MTNL bill/ Water bill of the month of Nov, 2014.
  • Medical fitness and Immunization record of the child.
  • Proof of Sibling (real brother / sister) studying in this school only (if applicable)- Fee receipt
  • Proof of Alumni (if applicable)–School leaving certificate.
  • Proof of First Born Child (if applicable) – Affidavit
  • Proof of Transferrable job- Appointment letter/ Transfer order
