ADMISSION SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURE FOR THE SESSION 2015-16
CLASSES NURSERY TO XI
. First Preference will be given to Transfer Cases (For Classes Prep – 1 to X).
• Local Admission for Classes Prep - 1 to X will be taken depending upon the availability of the vacancies /seats.
• For XI (Non – Medical & Commerce) - Written Test on 30th March 2015 (Test will be from the syllabus of Class X).

Note: Parents are required to deposit the Transport Fee with the School Fee.
Note:
• An increase of 10 - 15% in the fee charges and 20% in the transport charges, is likely.
• Parents are required to deposit the Transport Fee along with the School Fee.
IV. Admission Criteria :
a. The School believes in merit as the main criterion.
b. First preference will be given to Transfer Cases.
c. Second preference will be given to Children residing near the School.
d. Third preference will be given to Wards of School Teaching Staff.
e. Fourth preference will be given to cases where brother or sister (sibling) is studying in the same School.
f. Fifth preference will be given to the students from DCM Group of Schools.
g. The cut out date for the above mentioned five (5) preferences will be 10 December 2014.After that they will be considered in general category and the admission will be given as per norms prescribed for general category.
NORMS FOR GENERAL CATEGORY:
• The registration forms are available online and from School Reception from 01 December to 20 December 2014.• Please visit our Website www.dcmschd.edu.in for online registration. The registration form dully filled must be submitted properly. Last date for submission of the forms is 20 December 2014.
• List of eligible applicants will be displayed by 24 December 2014.
• Finalization of Admission Process will be carried out between 10 to 28 January 2015.
• Selected and Waiting Lists will be displayed by 28 January 2015.
• Deposit of Fee and other charges by the selected Candidates to be completed between 01 to 20 February 2015.• Display & deposit of fee from candidates upgraded from the Waiting list will be done between 23 February to 07 March 2015.
Note :
• Rs 50/- will be charged as Registration fee at the time of submission of the Admission Form.
• After general category admissions, remaining 25% seats would be filled from out of the EWS students through draw of lots.
• The Registration Form will be rejected in case of incomplete or incorrect information.
• Submission of Registration form is not a guarantee of admission.
V.Documents required
a. Date of Birth Proof/Certificate of child, in original. b. Original School Leaving Certificate of student from previously attended School ,if studying in CBSE affiliated Schools. (duly countersigned by DEO officer/CBSE office).
c. Admission form with a recent coloured passport size photograph of the child.
d. Recent coloured couple passport size photograph of Parents.
e. Previous academic report to be submitted for the admission for Classes (Prep-1 to X).
